Ashley Lynn Priore Graduates from the Obama Foundation’s Leaders USA Program
We’re thrilled to share that Ashley Lynn Priore recently graduated from the Obama Foundation’s Leaders USA Program, an initiative that brings together changemakers from across the country who are deeply committed to creating lasting, positive impact in their communities.
Ashley traveled to Chicago in early April for the program’s culminating experience—a celebration of leadership, service, and the collective power of community-driven change. The program, launched by the Obama Foundation, is part of a global effort to support and connect regional leaders who are tackling some of the most pressing challenges of our time.
The Leaders USA Program provides participants with a unique opportunity to grow personally and professionally. Through months of virtual and in-person engagement, Ashley connected with fellow leaders, took part in leadership development sessions, and explored how to lead with empathy, courage, and collaboration. The program also emphasizes values-based leadership and aims to cultivate a network of individuals committed to equity, justice, and progress.
For Ashley, the experience was both humbling and energizing. As the Founder and CEO of Queens Gambit and Queenside Ventures, Ashley brought her passion for intergenerational leadership, chess as a tool for empowerment, and community-building to the cohort. Her commitment to transforming systems through strategy and creativity made her a natural fit for the program.
“Being part of the Obama Leaders USA Program reminded me that leadership is not about titles or positions—it’s about showing up for your community every day,” Ashley shared. “It was a true honor to learn alongside so many brilliant, compassionate, and visionary leaders.”
This milestone marks yet another chapter in Ashley’s journey of impact. As she continues her work across nonprofits, startups, and civic engagement, the lessons and connections from the Obama Foundation will no doubt influence her work for years to come.
We’re incredibly proud of Ashley and all that she has accomplished—and even more excited for what’s next. Congratulations, Ashley!
